Exchange Policy

Please read the exchange terms carefully:

  • Exchanges can be made within 10 days from the date of purchase receipt.
  • No exchanges are allowed for products purchased with a 40%, 50%, 60%, or higher discount.
  • Exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, un-ironed, and free from any alterations. It must also be accompanied by all documents, tags, and the purchase receipt or invoice.
  • Jewelry items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process

The product must be returned to our store for inspection. Then:
If the desired product is available, we will replace it and ship the new item.
If you do not find a suitable replacement, we will issue a store credit valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
  • If the exchange is due to a store error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds are only issued for defective products.

Returns must be sent via ACS COURIER to the address indicated on the packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will send the new item you selected. Upon delivery, you will need to pay the courier €5 for the exchange shipping fee, along with any price difference between the products, if applicable.
